Cooking time: 19 minutes

Servings: 9 or 10 crepes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of milk
  • ½ cup of powdered milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1½ cups of quick-cooking oats
  • 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
  • Optional: fruit coulis

PREPARATION

  1. In a large bowl, mix the milk, powdered milk, eggs, and vanilla. Use a whisk to completely dissolve the powdered milk.
  2. Add the oats, mix, and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Brush a non-stick skillet with oil using a brush. Measure about ¼ cup per crepe and cook for 2 minutes on each side over low heat.
  4. Garnish with fruit coulis (optional).
