Servings: 9 or 10 crepes
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of milk
- ½ cup of powdered milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1½ cups of quick-cooking oats
- 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
- Optional: fruit coulis
PREPARATION
- In a large bowl, mix the milk, powdered milk, eggs, and vanilla. Use a whisk to completely dissolve the powdered milk.
- Add the oats, mix, and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Brush a non-stick skillet with oil using a brush. Measure about ¼ cup per crepe and cook for 2 minutes on each side over low heat.
- Garnish with fruit coulis (optional).
