1974 – Foundation of the company
Creation of the company by Bernard Lepage and Bergerette Tremblay following the acquisition of a dairy farm. At barely twenty years old, these young entrepreneurs could not have imagined the scale their project would reach over the decades.
1987 – Development of agriculture in the region
More than ten years after its creation, the company is experiencing its first phase of expansion with the sale of dairy quotas and the acquisition of agricultural land.
1992 – Grain processing in the region
Since the early 1990s, the company's mission has evolved towards the processing of grains in the region. Initially for animal feed, the project will evolve towards processing for human consumption.
1998 – Innovation and Diversification
The owners are innovating by building the first oat processing plant for human consumption in Quebec
2014 – A new family era: the children join the shareholding
The children officially join the shareholding, marking an important step in the continuity and sustainability of the family project.
2021 – Transition to the new generation
After years of commitment, passion, and vision, the founders of the company are taking a well-deserved retirement. Their hard work and determination have built the solid foundations on which we continue to grow.
2024 – 50th anniversary
We celebrate half a century of expertise, continuous innovation, and lasting relationships with our clients, employees, and partners. The buyers are making the final acquisition of the company.
