Whole oat almonds
The large oat flakes are made from whole grain oat groats. The selection of the grains is done carefully, requiring uniform white oats free from disease.
These grains are subsequently steamed to neutralize the lipolytic enzymes. Their color should be cream and uniform, and their flavor and aroma should be appetizing.
